Always active in art, Jossy Lownes began a full time
professional career in 1990. Since then, she has received many awards
including two "Best of Show".
Figurative, abstract landscapes, and non-representational
works provide the majority of her current work. "I enjoy color combinations,
line, and texture. My figures represent various moods and relationships
between people."
Currently Jossy teaches classes in her home studio in North Scottsdale. She is comfortable using watercolor, acrylic and oil.
She has led groups of painters to Greece, Turkey, and England.
